I have been doing alright. I was sick for a while, but it's pretty much out of my system.
Stoneman did amazing last night, and I am really proud of the work we all have done there. I think it's going to be a great season.
Other than that not much else has been happening. Just running a lot, and going to the gym whenever the Panthers aren't stealing it. haha.

This weekend was cool.. Just getting ready to leave for tour. I will be working my butt off at "band camp" this week before we leave.. should be a good time
Anyways.. tomorrow Night Therapy will be playing at Pompano Indoor Skatepark w/ Traded to Racine, Breathing Chemistry and more!

this weekend has been great. the show on Saturday night was so fun eventhough I was pretty sick and had a bit of a fever. I feel great now though.
Tonight PJ and I watched the Defintely Maybe dualdisc dvd and some of the History of Rock and Roll...the Beatles, Joni Mitchell, and Oasis have been the number one inspirations in my life and I have been going crazy over all of it. really awesome. Earlier today we had a great Freemartin practice where we wrote awesome stuff. Kris' mom bought me an awesome Dylan shirt from the concert the other night. so everything rules.
Therapy is getting prepped for tour. it's going to be a lot of fun. We have one show before we leave. It's on Monday, June 6th at PIS w/ Traded, Breathing Chemistry and some others.
I have also lost 4 pounds in the past 10 days...very exciting.

Well hello.. this is sort of a spamming post of mine.. but for anyone who is available this Friday night..Therapy is playing at Solid Sound Studios in Pompano Beach and we will be taking some footage for our music video...for the song "Queen".
We would love to have everyone involved, so please do come out and have a good time!

anyways... thats is.. hope everyone enjoyed the Star Wars finale and madness. I was somewhat a part of it although I still have yet to see any of the movies..I also am part of the ipod universe and have been enjoying that very much...and the new Oasis record comes out in less than 2 weeks!

I would just like to apologize as I made the mistake of leaving msyelf signed online for hours on end without an away message.. fuckin always do that
But today was hectic and sad.
My dog, Rocky, who I helped pay for 12 years ago, died today. It was really sad and I found out about it while I was at PJ's earlier tonight. I cried quite a bit and I will miss him so much. and that's all I can say about that right now.
other than that I have great friends, and I am lucky to have them there for me.

in a hazy sub-conscious state last night, in the middle of a series of marijuana-induced dreams I do think I saw meaning and some sort of sign on what it is I have to find. It was somewhat stunning, and maybe impossible. but it will be fun figuring it all out.
I turn 22 on Saturday. and I could not be happier with where I am in so many ways.
I leave for tour in 33 days.
Freemartin should be done tracking in like 3/4.

tonight I got high again and got my hands on a copy of Air's record, "Moon Safari"
It is probably some of the most stimulating soundscape/ambient/pop sounds I have ever experienced.
Also, I watched some behind the scene footage of Oasis, promoting their upcoming record...fuckin amazing. That band has been and will always be on of my favorite bands of this generation of rock and roll. Their new album is defintely their best in my opinion.
Ummm...today was a long day of driving and stuff.. back and forth, here and there... but it was fun.

Last night I got really high with some of my best friends and got chocolate all over my face...like Stillwell Angel I guess...PJ is Dotty, Will is Kit, Dom is MARLA HOOCH! HAHA! or he could be Doris..., Matt is all the way Mae or Jimmy Dugan, and I am the fat kid at all the games... lol
anyways...I'm not sure about how I feel about Dunkin Donuts napkins anymore... but I guess I put myself in these positions. I dunno. The heart wants what it wants.
The Traded to Racine/Therapy tours are pretty much booked so that feels good. More Freemartin recording next week. I have been shredding more and more on George's Jackson and I have come closer and closer to jackin that shit.. just kidding of course... but man, I can frekin sweep a barber shop with that thing.

Back from the weekend trip which was really fun.
it started out with a long drive cos we hit a lot of spring break traffic.. but we ended up getting to NC around 10-11 Friday night. on top of an amazing mountain...where everything was so awesome. we drank a little there and just unwound, and ate some awesome Mac and Cheese. after that we woke up to an awesome breakfast the next morning and it was even colder outside. It wasn;t long until we saw flurries. and that was cool for everybody. it was just so surreal. the whole vibe.
Once we got to Kentucky we all just started having a great time. Both band's had great spots so we spent a little money on a lot of alcohol and went nuts. it was awesome. Sold some merch and hung out.
after that we all just slept, left late, and came home haha. I have a lot of pictures, and those could probbaly explain a lot more than me right now.. but it was amazing. We leave for tour in 9 weeks. I am really excited. We already have some dates on our purevolume site..www.purevolume.com/therapy.. so check em out and come see us this summer! a lot more dates to come.. but its a start!
Freemartin starts recording this week and I am really pumped about that. I am gunna be late for work if I don't stop now.. so I am off.. hope everyone's having lots of fun wherever, whenever.

tonight was really fun. Plops bought me a can of Sparks from Weston, since I have been obsessed with trying it and its been hard to find..Mike Kinsella drinks it.. must be amazing.. haha then we hung out and he trimmed my hair. He says I look like a "prog/folk bastard" which is awesome.. I guess.. haha. then we got more beer and drank at one of our old spots and ended up seeing Kyle who I haven't seen in a while. Listened to a million good tunes. and that was it.
now I'm home with a good buzz, ready to sleep, wake up, and go running and work out and everything else.
oh yea. then I got a little more drunk and made a myspace.. haha oh man. don't punch me, please.

This weekend was pretty cool. Rehearsals were short, but sweaty! It seems like wherever we went there was no AC... I would've much rather been outside.. but the plus is that I sweated out 4 pounds. Tonight I hung out with Jen, which is always a fun time.
I am off to Kentucky Friday morning. That is going to be a great time and I am really looking forward to it. I have to let Stryke know, and I hope they aren't very upset with me.
I am very close to cutting me hair asap, but I don't know what to do with it! I dunno if I even want it that short, but we will see. I think Plops is gonna do it.. probably this week.
another Freemartin practice with Matt tomorrow... those are so fun!
